Build your collection of the very latest Lingerie and toys or share with loved ones the pleasures you have discovered here at Boudoir.

Place an Order

Explore our virtual store and select the products you wish to purchase. Adding to your shopping cart from any section. Once you have decided what you are going to purchase, click on the “add to cart”. This will place your items in the shopping basket. You can continue shopping on as many sections as you wish. Once you have finished selecting your purchases. Click on “Go to Checkout” on the left hand side of our page.

Check and verify your purchases

At the Checkout, you will need to check the list of products in your basket. Check the quantity, size and price correspond to those of your choice.

Shipping costs

Spain
We aim to deliver all completed orders in 3-5 working days for all in stock items. All orders are sent out Via Seur. Orders can be sent out by Fast Special delivery for customers wishing to pay a premium. This will ensure that your order will be treated as a priority & received the day following despatch. This service can be selected upon request via info@boudoir.es. All packages will need to be signed for. If there is nobody available to sign for the package Seur will leave a card advising how to collect your package or arrange for redelivery. We cannot be held responsible for any private arrangements you have with Seur for delivery of packages to an alternative address or safe place.

Outside Spain
We aim to deliver all completed orders in 6-8 days for all in stock items. All packages will need to be signed for. If there is nobody available to sign for the package The International Carrier will leave a card advising how to collect your package or arrange for re-delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any private arrangements you have with your local mail delivery service for delivery of packages to an alternative address or safe place. We are required by customs to descibe the contents of the packages we send, therefore for confidentiality we will use such terms as ‘plastic toy’ and ‘lotion’.

Our delivery charges are:
Orders over 99.00€ are free of delivery charges within mainland Spain.
Seur regular Delivery 7.99€ within Penninsular Spain.
Seur regular Delivery 14.99€ Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Seur regular Delivery 9.99€ Balearic Islands and Portugal.
Seur regular Delivery 19.99€ Int Europe.
Seur regular Delivery 24.99€ USA.

Pay with Credit Card or Paypal

Once you have successfully completed all requested data, You have the choice of paying by via Paypal, MasterCard or VISA card.
Successful purchase and discreet delivery of your selected Products.

Pay via C.O.D (cash on delivery)

If you prefer to pay on receipt of your delivery (C.O.D) with cash we can also offer this service. There is a charge of 4% on the total amount of your order that will be collected by the Postal Service on point of Delivery.

Finally, Boudoir Online Store will confirm to you via email that your payment has been successful.
Delivery of your Boudoir purchases will be made discreetly by a recognized courier service (Seur) to your door.
